Auction Option

With the auction option you will decide if you want a cash car, buy here pay here or finance.

Regardless of what you choose, we require a $400 search deposit that is only refundable after 7 days if i don’t find you a car. Once we start sending options it will not be refunded.

You must decide on one of the cars that we send you for the current week auction. Last day of auction is Friday. So once Thursday hits, if you are not decided, you will need a new $400 for us to search the next week auctions, and you will forfeit the first $400.

Auction days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Again, If nothing is decided on in the current weeks auction window a new $400 finder fee is required.

An auction is just that. You bid on cars. It doesn’t mean you will win. When we go to the auctions, we check cars, send you pictures and the breakdown of what you can expect for payments whether cash or in house financing, with estimated taxes and fees broken down

You will choose 3-5 cars for us to bid on from the options we send you.

If you were paying for a cash car in full, you’d just send your max amount. Example: I would like to spend $2k max on A,B or C. Your funds must be sent 24 hours BEFORE THE AUCTION DAY.

If i don’t win the bid you will be refunded minus the $400 finder fee however i can transfer it to next weeks sale and you will not be charged another $400 IF i dont win the sale.

If you’re doing BHPH or finance you’d send your full down payment 24 hours before the Auction day for us to secure your vehicle.

As long as you decide within that current weeks auction window, YES the $400 deposit goes towards your purchase so you’d just send the remainder 24 hours before bidding day.

We accept Zelle, cash and cash app for deposits and down payments. We do have a card processor for your biweekly payments, our card processor fee is 3.5%.

When you see posted prices, Cash price will always be less than finance price for several reasons. Finance price is dependent on each car and each person’s individual approval.

In house finance is either buy here pay here (no credit) or bank financing (bad credit is okay). You must be denied from the bank financing to qualify for BHPH (subject to availability). To do finance you must be approved prior to us bidding with all docs needed submitted.

Once we bid on a car and WIN it’s yours. We do check them before bidding and send you pictures, estimated cost etc. Cars are sold AS-IS however we do have third party warranties that you can add to your purchase.

At Minimum cash cars are $2,800 (changes with the market)

At min for in house financing $1500* down

At minimum BHPH $2000 down

Other FEES:

Bear in mind the taxes are up to 7% of the total car plus dealer fee and the tag and registration are separate. Registration fees range from $88-$450 depending on if you need a tag transfer, new tag or the title only and you go do your own registration. Dealer fee is $400 (you pay that for me to go to the auction, so it’s essentially already paid).

Outside Bank financing

IF YOU ARE USING OUTSIDE FINANCING FOR YOUR BANK, WE MUST HAVE THE CHECK IN HAND AND LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE BIDDING/CHECKING CARS. THE $400 FEE STILL APPLY AND ALL RULES STILL APPLY FOR WHEN IT WILL AND WHEN IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
