Vehicle Condition and Warranties

"As-Is" sales

All vehicles sold by Milli Mac Motors Auto Dealers are pre-owned (not new) and are sold strictly "AS-IS" with no express or implied warranties provided by the dealership.

Third-party warranties

While we do not provide dealership warranties, third-party extended warranties are available for purchase at an additional cost.

Payments, Fees, and Refund Policy

No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and all monies paid to the dealership are strictly nonrefundable.

Payment methods and surcharges

Any debit or credit cards used for a transaction must be in the name of the designated car buyer. A 5% processing fee applies to all payments made via credit card or Cash App.

Bidder fees

If you utilize our auction or broker bidding services, the required bidder fee is only refundable in the event that no vehicles are found matching your criteria. Once vehicle options have been located and sent to you for review, the bidder fee becomes entirely nonrefundable.

Vehicle Inventory, Pricing, and Availability

Accuracy of information

While we strive to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, errors may occur. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any vehicle descriptions, pricing, mileage, or other information.

Availability

All vehicles are subject to prior sale. The presence of a vehicle on our website does not guarantee its availability on the lot.

Pricing

Prices listed on the website do not include tax, title, registration, dealer fees, or other applicable state and local fees unless explicitly stated. Milli Mac Motors Auto Dealers reserves the right to change vehicle pricing at any time without notice.

Financing and Credit Applications

• Submitting a credit application through our website does not guarantee loan approval or specific interest rates.
